Submit a Correction

Found something wrong or out of date? We review all submissions against a verifiable source before making any changes to published data.

How the correction process works

  1. Submit the form below with as much detail as possible.
  2. Include a verifiable source — such as a URL to the clinic’s own website — to speed up review.
  3. Our team will manually review your submission against the source. We do not make changes based on unverified claims alone.
  4. If your correction is accepted, the change will be merged with a reviewer record and date.

We will make a best-effort attempt to respond to your submission. We cannot guarantee a specific response time or that every submitted correction will result in a change.
