If this changes in the future, this section will be updated before any such relationship begins.

Data Accuracy and Corrections

Clinic profile information on Explore Fertility is sourced from public government data and clinic-owned websites. Despite our quality-review process, information can become outdated or contain errors. If you find incorrect information:

• Submit a correction using our corrections form.
• Include a verifiable source (such as a URL to the clinic’s own website) to expedite review.
• Corrections are reviewed manually. We do not make changes based on unverified claims alone.
• We will make a best-effort attempt to respond to corrections but cannot guarantee a specific response time.

Pricing and insurance information change frequently. Always verify current pricing and insurance acceptance directly with the clinic.
