Shady Grove Fertility-Pennsylvania is the Pennsylvania arm of Shady Grove Fertility (SGF), with its IVF lab and embryology services based at the Chesterbrook office (735 Chesterbrook Blvd) and additional fertility centers across the state in Abington/Jenkintown, Bethlehem, Lancaster, Mechanicsburg, Philadelphia, Warrington, Wexford, York, and Johnstown (Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center). Care is led by reproductive endocrinologists including Medical Directors Dr. Isaac Sasson and Dr. Lauren Roth, along with Dr. Jason G. Bromer, Dr. John M. Csokmay, Dr. Joseph Doyle, Dr. Sally Vitez, and a team of advanced practice providers. Services include IVF, IUI, egg freezing, donor egg, donor sperm, donor embryo, gestational carrier, and male fertility evaluation. SGF's Pennsylvania program also offers a Shared Risk 100% Refund Program for qualifying IVF patients and participates with major insurers including Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, and Independence Blue Cross.
