Shady Grove Fertility Fairfax is a full-service hub on Arlington Blvd serving Annandale, Arlington, Alexandria, and Centreville, VA. Medical Director Eric D. Levens, M.D. leads a team that includes Drs. Rachana V. Garde, David S. Saffan, and Reproductive Urologist Cori Tanrikut. The office is open seven days a week with weekend monitoring (Saturday–Sunday 6:30–10:45 a.m.), operates the nation's largest donor egg program, and offers IVF, IUI, egg freezing, PGT, gestational carrier services, oncofertility, and LGBTQIA+ family building.
