RMA Lafayette, operating as Conceptions Reproductive Associates of Colorado, is a full-service fertility clinic at 300 Exempla Circle on the Good Samaritan Medical Center campus in Lafayette, CO — 20 minutes from Boulder and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. Physician Partners Drs. Jasmine Chiang and Robert Greene lead a team that also includes Dr. Simone Elder. Services include IVF, IUI, egg freezing, donor programs, gestational surrogacy, reproductive surgery (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, myomectomy), PGT, and LGBTQ+ family building.
