About
Massey Fertility Services, later known as Pathways Fertility, was a fertility clinic in Atlanta, Georgia. According to a notice from Reproductive Biology Associates (RBA), Pathways Fertility permanently closed on August 1, 2024 following the unexpected passing of its medical director, Edward Dourron, MD. RBA stepped in to assist former Pathways patients with transition of care, making its physicians available for consultations and helping patients develop new treatment plans, and noted that tissue storage for Pathways patients had always been handled by RBA, so ongoing cryostorage of eggs, embryos, and sperm was not interrupted by the closure. Former patients seeking copies of their medical records were directed to contact RBA directly. This listing is retained for historical reference; patients seeking active care in the Atlanta area should contact RBA or another operating clinic.

Cost factors to verify
A quoted price rarely tells the whole story. Ask the clinic how each of these is handled before comparing prices:
- Diagnosis and testing — workup before treatment starts
- Medications — injectables and pharmacy costs
- Monitoring — cycle bloodwork, ultrasounds, and visits
- Lab and anesthesia — embryology lab work, retrieval, and outside lab fees
- Embryo testing — genetic testing (PGT) when used
- Donor services — donor eggs, sperm, or gestational carrier coordination
- Insurance plan design — coverage, network rules, and benefit limits
- Financing — payment plans, multi-cycle packages, and refund programs
